The last feedback session was brilliant, unfortunately I'm not going to be able to make it (will be learning more about what is happening with Rewilding in Yorkshire).

That sounds brilliant. I’d love to know more when you get back.

Castle Howard put on monthly lectures - the Future Landscapes series. This one was about the Yorkshire Rewilding Network (https://www.yorkshirerewildingnetwork.org.uk) , a charity to promote visibility. They show that rewilding can be any size of project, from a pollinator friendly window box to an estate the size of Castle Howard (who are introducing beavers in the autumn). They link people who are interested in learning more about rewilding with gardeners and land owners. I particularly like the quote - Rewilding is a state of mind not a set of written rules to follow.

Really great way of thinking about rewilding. I had the same revelation with our land when I had a vision for our birch copse - underplanted with white foxgloves and cyclamen as Yeo Valley Organic Garden has done with their birch copse. And then I realised that that would be gardening, not allowing nature to be and helping out where necessary.
