The sorrel tarts look amazing! There are nettles and wild garlic round where I live but they are close to paths, ideal for dogs.
When I was writing this I completely forgot to mention that we began our day - 10am ion a Sunday morning - with a coffee and a shot of 10 year-old sloe gin. Certainly started the day with a boom!
